Labs We Run

Data is the difference.

Most programs guess. We measure.

The Vitality Method begins with a comprehensive blood panel designed to uncover the hidden reasons you may be struggling with weight, energy, and overall health. These labs go beyond the basics to give us a complete picture of how your body is working  so your plan is built on facts, not trial and error.

Why It Matters

By running these labs, we can:

  • Pinpoint the real reasons behind fatigue, stubborn weight, or brain fog

  • Detect issues that standard checkups often miss

  • Design a personalized plan that works with your body, not against it

  • Track objective progress, not just how you feel

Initial Lab Panel

(Included in every plan)
Our baseline panel screens for the systems that most often affect energy, metabolism, and weight regulation:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC) — general health, red/white blood cells, immune health

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) — liver, kidney, electrolytes, hydration

  • Thyroid Panel — TSH, T3, T4, Reverse T3, plus thyroid antibodies (TPO, TG Ab)

  • Hormones — testosterone (total & free), estradiol, DHEA, cortisol, progesterone, SHBG

  • Nutrients & Vitamins — vitamin D, vitamin B12, iron, ferritin

  • Metabolic Health — fasting glucose, insulin, HbA1c (blood sugar control)

  • Cardiovascular Markers — cholesterol/lipids, CRP (inflammation), homocysteine

  • Other Key Indicators — uric acid, additional markers as needed

Special differences:

  • Men: PSA screening is included.

  • Women: Progesterone is monitored with attention to cycle timing.

6-Month Follow-Up Panel

At the halfway mark, we repeat many of these labs to measure your progress. This gives us a before-and-after picture so you can see the changes happening inside your body — and we can fine-tune your plan for continued results.

Optional Add-On Tests

For patients who want even deeper insight, we can expand the panel to include:

  • Omega-3 Index – fatty acid balance and inflammation ($25)

  • CoQ10 – energy production marker ($48)

  • Heavy Metal Panel – lead, mercury, arsenic ($59–$122 depending on scope)

  • Urinalysis & Biometric Screening – available through Quest

  • Biological vs. Chronological Age Testing – your “wellness score”
